Meet Our Team

Ron, Executive Director, has a diverse background with both a Masters of Business Administration and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He has always applied his business knowledge to positively impact others. Ron has over 20 years of experience in the educational and medical fields, including publishing research through Rush Cancer Institute. Ron combined both of his passions for business and helping others by becoming a BCBA and has owned and operated several ABA companies to provide gold standard support to autistic individuals and their families.
Nicole Christen, M. Ed., BCBA, Executive Director. Nicole has over 20 years of serving disabled individuals and their families. She began her career as a special education teacher, teaching academic and life skills to diverse learners. She has served disabled youth and adults in residential, community, school, and clinical settings since 2003. She is passionate about providing supportive, fun, and individualized interventions.


Kayla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with Orion ABA Therapy. Kayla has a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults implementing applied behavior analysis in a variety of settings since 2014. She has spent the majority of that time working with individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Kayla has provided supervision and support to behavior therapists, behavior analysts, direct support professionals, and families. She is passionate about teaching skills to increase the quality of life and providing meaningful, individualized therapy for each and every child.
Keeley Filgo, RBT: Keeley is an RBT with Orion ABA. Keeley has supported disabled folx and their families since 2002. Keeley has provided a range of services and weaved together a variety of roles in behavior interventions & supports, including: residential support, community services, team training, vocational coach, advocacy, behavior intervention specialist/ABA therapist, parent coaching, project leader, and program coordinator. Keeley has international learning & work experience with a diversity of cultures, languages, and families, both privately, and for large organizations. Throughout her career, Keeley has been a firm advocate for person-centered services & individual rights, quality of service, and valuing the family system within services.
